Werewolf Sports Club Limited (“us”, “we” or “our”), takes its obligations in relation to privacy seriously. In this Privacy Policy (Policy), “you” and “your” means the individual providing Personal Information to us or the individual whose Personal Information is provided to us as the case may be.

This Policy provides information in relation to the basis upon which we collect, hold, use and disclose your Personal Information.    In general, the Personal Information we may collect and hold includes (but is not limited to): your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and physical address, dietary requirements/allergies, demographic information (age), the products and services you book, payment information, the content of all communications, and any other information that assists us in providing you our products and services. In limited circumstances, we may also collect information relating to any medical conditions where it may be relevant to your booking.

   We collect your Personal Information when you provide it to us, when you contact us, or when you make a booking (whether online or over the phone). We also collect your Personal Information when you interact with the marketing communications we send you and through your use of our services. Your Personal Information may also be collected from third parties you authorize us to contact, or by agents who are authorized by you to provide such information, or as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Act.

   Our website may also state other ways in which we collect information from you. If you do not provide the Personal Information that the website asks you to provide, or the information is incorrect, we may not be able to confirm your booking, process your payment, provide the requested services, appropriately identify you in the case of any incident, provide refunds, respond to an inquiry, or contact you.

   If you provide us with Personal Information relating to a third party, you warrant that you are authorized to do so and that you have ensured the individual is aware of the information in this Policy. If you provide us Personal Information about others, or if others give us your information, in relation to any booking, then it will be used as set out in this Policy. If it is provided in a different context, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us or as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Act. If you provide information about any child or any other person who is not able to understand and/or agree to this Policy, then you acknowledge that you are agreeing to this Policy on their behalf. We may disclose a child’s Personal Information to their parent or legal guardian if requested by their parent or guardian. We may also disclose any of your Personal Information relevant to any booking to the individual who made that booking.
4. Social Media and third party websites
   We use social media services like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Information posted publicly on these and other social media platforms and third-party websites are all available for others to see. We may collect, hold, and make use of any information that you make public when you use any such third-party services for the purposes of our business. All third-party services are governed by the privacy policies and/or practices of the relevant third party, for which we are not responsible. If you do not want to provide Personal Information to any of those third parties or make information publicly available, you should not use their particular service.

We will not be able to provide marketing communications to you if you unsubscribe or do not agree to our use of third parties to assist us with our marketing communications.
